Privacy Policy

AxonBrief Academy collects the minimum information needed to register learners, provide courses, persist progress, grade assessments, issue and verify certificates, and maintain service security.

Information we process

Your authenticated account identifier and email; full name and country; optional professional profile fields; enrollment, progress, assessment scores and attempts; certificate records; and limited operational or security logs. We do not require phone numbers or postal addresses.

How information is used

We use it to operate the learning service, protect learner records, provide support, improve course quality in aggregate, and meet legitimate security or legal needs. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Certificates

Public verification reveals only learner name, course, issue date, status, and certificate ID. It never reveals email or detailed assessment results.

Storage and sharing

Data is processed through the infrastructure used to operate AxonBrief Academy. We do not sell learner data. Service providers receive only information necessary to perform contracted functions.

Retention and rights

Course and certificate records are retained while needed to provide the credential and service. Request access, correction, or deletion through the AxonBrief contact form. Some certificate or security records may be retained when necessary.

Educational service

Academy materials are educational content, not legal advice, conformity certification, or an official reproduction of any standard.
